Step 1 – Select the date you wish to hire from

Step 2 – Select estimated collection time

Step 3 – Select rental duration

Step 4 – Select a hire category

Step 5 – Select model and size & add to cart

Step 6 - Select add on items you require with your bike(s) like Trail damage insurance etc

Step 7 - If you require more bikes Click 'Add More Bikes'

Step 8 – Enter rider details and bike setup details for each bike as per information fields

Step 9 – Enter your identification details and click 'Book Now'

Step 10 - Enter card details and click 'Book'

Step 11 - Check your email inbox and junk folder for a confirmed booking email

NOTE:

*Bike damage insurance is available to cover damage and breakages

*Bike Damage insurance is not transferable to another customers bike

*Hire any bike for 2 or more days and receive 5% off storewide in store (BD MERCH NOT INCLUDED)

*For mobile device users there are multiple page sliders

*Persons under 18 must have a guardian complete the booking and liability waiver

*One rental day is from open to close of business, we don’t offer half day hires

*If a size indicates 'Sold Out' this indicates the size it is already booked

*If this booking is for the following business day and made after 4:45pm the prior day, the pick up time is 9am

*We do not offer a shuttle service however our bikes can shuttle with any shuttle company

*Free cancellations or exchange on hire changes made 14 days and prior

*Cancellation made 13 days or less will forfeit the booking total

*No refunds for wet weather unless the trail network is closed due to a severe weather event
